In need of a chart or guidelines on what to torque a nut sealing on a Teflon O-rings. This isn't a rotolock compressor fitting but rather an accessory connection with a union nut ( not unlike rotolock but the application is for an oil thermostatic discharge line on a comp. Having hard time with mfg. Info…thx.

Hi guys, i am kind a newbie refrigeration technician but i want to build a -100 celcius cascade refrigeration cycle. 1st stage is easy but the second stage a little bit tricky for me. Which type or which model of comppressor can run with R1150 refrigerant i have no idea also the oil is big gap for me. Is there any experienced one to help me this project?

Just bought this wine cooler and it works great temperature and lights. But the buttons only work for a few minutes after plugging in then stop. Can get to work again after replugging. Helpppp

When I turn the unit on, it makes ice and everything seems good, but about 12-18 hours in, it freezes over. I cleaned the surfaces and reset to factory settings. Any advice? submitted by /u/cliffwich |
I have a dead lowboy and a dying lowboy. Had both serviced by someone local, took him two weeks to do the first visit and two weeks to come back, everything worked for about a month. Haven't been able to find any company with better than like, 2 star ratings in the area. Montclair, specifically. One is Everest, one is Blue Air. I could just replace both at this point if repairing is too much. The Everst is fridge freezer combo with three doors, the Blue Air is just standard under the counter 2 door.
